What should I do if I have a problem with one of your games?
You should first check each of the game’s troubleshooting information located on the platform where you bought the game. There we have a special FAQs section for each game covering 99% of all issues any player are likely to encounter. If you are still having issues there is also additional info on how to submit a new issue to us.
In worst case, if you don’t find these FAQs or don’t know what to do, you can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org, but please keep in mind that we are likely to direct you to the trouble shooting posts on the platform pages first anyway, and try to keep all troubleshooting and bug fixing open and public there for future reference for other player.
